adding a parish/community council notice board or 1-2-1 issue

For an anonymous user, select Local Councils from the topmost Menu header. For a logged-in-user, select the same from the topmost Inventory menu header.
Administrative areas are listed alphabetically. From the A-Z header at the top choose the letter that corresponds to the first letter of your administrative area.
Select the Administrative Areas from the following listing that includes the parish/community council
Select the parish/community council.
Select the Actions button located on the top toolbar.
Select the Notice Board(s) Action Box Button or the 1-2-1 Issues Action Box Button from the presented button list
Select the Add Icon from the list of available noticeboards or 1-2-1 Issues

For an anonymous user, select National Organisations from the topmost Menu header. For a logged-in-user, select the same from the topmost Inventory menu header.
National organisations are listed alphabetically. From the A-Z header at the top choose the letter that corresponds to the first letter of your national organisation.
Select the National Organisation from the following listing
Select the Actions button located on the top toolbar.
Select the Notice Board(s) Action Box Button or 1-2-1 Issues Action Box Button from the presented button list
Select the Add Icon from the list of available noticeboards

Menu	Selection provides an in-depth display of the main building blocks used in the formation of England and Wales e.g. local highway authorities, parish councils, settlements etc.
Local Council Name	A conditionally displayed local council name menu item, subject to a previous decalaration by the Anonymous User of their local parish/community council. Sub-menu items include a location map and informative details for the named local council
Highway Authority Name	A conditionally displayed LHA name menu item, subject to a previous declaration by the Anonymous User of their local LHA. Sub-menu items include a location map and informative details for the named LHA.
Alerts	LHA and local parish council clipboards highlighting alerts e.g. impending roadworks, weather warnings is made available to the Anonymous User once their LHA and/or local parish council is registered.
Noticeboard	LHA and local parish council noticeboards highlighting council events and welcoming comments is made available to the Anonymous User once their LHA and/or local parish council is registered.
1-2-1 Issues	1-2-1 Issues is an interactive forum between council members and the Anonymous User, allowing the latter the capability to submit queries to the LHA or parish council registered by the Anonymous User, subject to the proviso that the LHA/local parish council is accepting such communication.
Help	Provides access to the product overview and how best to utilise and understand it, from the anonymous user perspective.

Back	Selection results in the current webpage being replaced by the most recent previous webpage.
Home	Redirects the anonymous user back to the start-up anonymous Home page.
Search	Instigates a Search operation subject to a filter selection.
	Provisions the contextual selection of multiple action buttons optimised to appear when and where the anonymous user might need them.
Attachments	Any maintenance webpage can have a limitless number of associated diverse file attachments e.g. word documents, picture elements, videos. This option provides viewability to these attachments for the current webpage.
	Provides access to the GIS mapping platform.
Tooltip	A textbox, drop-down list object etc. is noted as having an associated tooltip when it has an underlined label. Selection of an underlined label, using the mouse pointer, followed by the Tooltip Icon, generates a popup of information about the selected object.
Notifications	A broadcast medium used to inform the anonymous user of relevant events pertinent to them, with the number of unread broadcasts cast as a double digit count within the Notification bell icon itself.
